Here to help you along the way.

Our Services

  • Being a man can feel isolating, with pressure to handle everything on your own. I help men who seem fine on the outside but are feeling overwhelmed inside—whether it’s work, parenting, or life changes. If pushing through isn’t working, you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to help you figure out what's weighing you down and find a way forward that feels right for you.

  • Young adulthood is often about figuring things out, but it can also leave you feeling stuck or like something’s off, even though you’ve checked all the boxes. The pressure to have your career, relationships, and life mapped out can feel overwhelming.  If you’re feeling stuck or unsure of what’s next, you don’t have to do it alone. We’ll take a look at what’s getting in the way and find a path that feels more authentic and fulfilling.

  • Being a teenager these days is tough. I work with teens who feel overwhelmed by the pressures of school, friendships, and everything else that comes with growing up. My approach is laid-back and relatable, creating a space where your teen feels heard and understood. Together, we’ll explore what’s going on and find practical solutions to help them manage their challenges.

  • Family communication can sometimes feel like it’s just not clicking. Parents may feel unable to reach their teens, while teens often feel misunderstood or pressured. That’s where I come in, by creating a relaxed, open space in our sessions where everyone feels comfortable sharing. Together, we’ll work on improving understanding, easing the pressure, and finding positive ways for your family to connect.

  • Being a parent is hard. I know because I am one, just like you. I offer therapy for parents to help them navigate the tough moments, understand their child’s needs, and build a stronger connection. You don’t have to figure it all out alone—I’m here to help

Good Faith Estimate

  • The No Surprises Health Service Act: Good Faith Estimate

(2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, January 2022)

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your treatment will cost. Under the law, all health care providers need to provide their patients an estimate of their bill for services – if their patients don’t have insurance or will not be using insurance.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any of your services.

You can also ask for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. (If you receive a bill that is $400 more than the Good Faith Estimate you received, you can dispute the bill).

Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
